On completion of this course you will understand the quality management principles, appreciate the benefits of implementing quality management systems and have  working knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and how to interpret them appropriately for typical businesses.

• Review, close and delegate feedback

The course typically runs from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
