- understand the quality management principles, appreciate the benefits of implementing quality management systems and have  working knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and how to interpret them appropriately for typical businesses.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for anyone who is required to perform internal management system audits or who has management oversight of a company internal audit programme, and currently has little or no knowledge of quality management and ISO 9001.

Achievement

Upon completion of this course all participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance". Those delegates who complete and pass the optional short end of course test (multiple choice) will be awarded a "Certificate of Successful Completion" instead of a "Certificate of Attendance".

Prerequisites

No prior knowledge or experience of quality management, ISO 9001 or auditing is required or expected.
