We are able to provide you with customised database solutions for your management systems. All our solutions are designed in Filemaker which runs in both Windows and Mac operating systems. If you already utilise Filemaker in your business, then all you will need is one of our solutions and you will be up and running. The amount of tailoring required will depend on how much you want to vary from our standard solution. If you don't currently use Filemaker in your enterprise, you would need to purchase and install Filemaker licenses as necessary for the number of staff requiring access. We currently have two solutions available:

• Document Management
  This module provides effective and simple enterprise document control including the routing of all documents through an Author>Review>Approve workflow. Any category of document can be handled provided its available in electronic format. Superseded versions are retained for historical purposes. Users can have read only, author or approver rights, and all documents are available on-line to any user with Filemaker available as a desktop application.
• Non-conformance & Corrective Action Management
  This module provides an effective and simple enterprise non-conformance and corrective action system. It can be configured to handle product non-conformances, customer complaints and corrective actions. Variable routings can be set up depending on event type, which are then workflow managed through the NC/CAR life-cycle with email notifications of status changes etc.
